Tepper Sports & Entertainment Partners with Industry Leader KAGR (Kraft Analytics Group) to Enrich Fan Experience with New Data and Analytics Capabilities
Focus will be on technology platform, centralized data warehouse, and strategy services
Charlotte, NC – Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE) and KAGR (Kraft Analytics Group), today announced a multi-year agreement to innovate in technology and analytics to better understand and engage fans of the NFL’s Carolina Panthers and MLS’ Charlotte FC. The KAGR data platform will empower TSE through foundational data warehousing, advanced analytics, and new fan engagement methods, including KAGR’s new Fan Segmentation & Activation Tool, to advance the fan experience with more personalized touchpoints.
TSE is enlisting KAGR’s platform to strengthen its marketing capabilities and accelerate customer engagement via new and existing data sets. KAGR will provide the foundation for TSE business management to fully utilize its investments across the technology stack, including email, SMS and mobile app. KAGR, an industry leader working with clients across all major U.S. sports leagues, will integrate over 25 customer and operations data sources, including in-venue retail and food & beverage and feeds from the NFL and MLS.
KAGR will also provide strategic consulting services to offer a more complete view and understanding of the customer, create new metrics to measure and monitor fan health, and accelerate Tepper’s vision to expand data as an asset.
