We are thrilled to announce that KAGR has been named one of the Best Places to work in Sports in 2023 by the Sports Business Journal. In the first year of the award, KAGR was recognized as one of the Top 3 Professional Services organizations with over 50 employees. Per SBJ, more than 12,000 employees from nearly 200 companies took part in a confidential survey that measured key areas that make up an organization’s culture, such as compensation, benefits, confidence in co-workers, and trust in senior leadership. It may come as no surprise KAGR’s top engagement category was “Team Dynamics”.
In the past year, KAGR’s Culture Committee, driven by a cross-functional team, has increased internal team and community events, including byte-sized learning sessions on sports & technology, office mini-golf, field day, board game trivia night and more. We also expanded our second annual KODING with KAGR, an event aimed at shrinking the gender imbalance in STEM-related data and analytics jobs in sports, to include a consulting case presentation and meet and greet with industry executives.
